Hi Serg, presumably, you've got a formatting issue with your license file. I'm assuming you are using Windows, and also the license file has been created on the same device. What text editor did you use for creating the license? If you used the WordPad, it's most likely the created file includes the additional text formatting information.

Please could you try to create the license file again with the following instruction:
1.Copy and paste the Activation Code to the Notepad (on Windows 10 it's in Start-> Windows Accessories -> Notepad)
    2. Save the file: Choose "File" -> "Save as...", next in the opened window for the "File name" field put "license.lic" and chose the option "All Files" for the "Save as type". Make sure "Encoding" (on the bottom) is set to "ANSI".

Let me know if this helps.

Hi, kciec. Thank you for responding. I’m afraid the only files I get was installation of DEE and empty license.lic. So there is no any kind of activation code was send. Thank you.
