    Hi,

The transmit channels from the MTRX is routed to the receive channels of the PCIeR card in the Audinate Dante Controller application correct? That should be showing green signal indicators if properly routed. Is the Renderer running on a Mac or a PC? If a Mac check that the Focusrite PCIeR card is set to 128ch 48kHz 32bit in the AUDIOMidi utility as well as set to 48kHz in the Audinate Dante Controller and Rednet application.

This is covered more in depth here:

  • Hi Adam. I'm on Mac. Dante Controller is all green and routed 1 to 1. AUDIOMidi is set to 128/32/48 and 48k in RedNet and Dante. Just wondering... does it matter which computer I run Dante Controller on?

No it shouldn't matter as long as all the devices are on the same Dante switch. Can you verify that the Renderer has Microphone permissions in System Preferences/Privacy/Microphone?

    Thanks,
    Adam
    • Renderer mic permissions were checked. But after closing and reopening the various apps it is now working. Not sure which one did the trick but thanks for the assistance Adam.
