Are you trying to create a new session from scratch on modify and existing I/O that already has automation in it? If the former you can either delete all the existing paths before importing the I/O or select the template to be used from the dashboard. Any time a template is different than the current I/O Pro Tools will bring up that warning. It is probably just a difference in naming convention for the 7.1.2 bed.
Alternatively is it just as easy to erase all output paths and pull the input configuration from the I/O setting bus page. Select "Dolby Atmos Renderer" the default and it will create all the outputs, busses, and mapping for you.
