Dolby Media Encoder license no longer working
Hi, We have Dolby Media Encoder that received via upgrade from a Media Producer license in March of 2022. When I go to use it today it shows "Failed to use the license file. The specified license file is invalid or expired." This is a license I got direct from Dolby and was working as recently as September, unfortunately I really need it today and it's not making sense as to why this license is not working. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
DMP to new Dolby Media Encoder 3.0 upgrade was offered for all DMP customers. However the license was limited in time and expired on the end of November 2022. For further use please sign up for evaluation license under customer.dolby.com -> Content Creation and Delivery -> Dolby Media Encoder or Dolby MEdia Encoder with AC-4. Evaluation license is valid for 30 days. Once you get eval license you can proceed to the your preferred dealer to purchase a new license. Licenses for Dolby Media Encoder are available as an annual subscription.
