Please help activating a DP600!!
Hi,
I am an experienced Atmos Cinema mixer, planned and built multiple rooms for Atmos Home and Atmos Cinema in Vienna, austria, spending the last years with tweaking the RMU.
but I have a ver specific question - and it seems theres no specific forum about that.
I've acquired an old DP600 (with Encoding licence installed - DP600C). but the seller FORGOT the ADMIN ID Password.
I have alle the original CD/DVDs, the unit is in perfect condition, so I'd be able to do a fresh install. Since DOLBY E is coming to an end concerning deliverables here in Austria, I'd really appreciate in helping me to reactivate this device for the next 1-2 years.
can anybody help me with:
- assistance in a reinstall + adding the DP600C licences again. or
- adding a new admin user (w/o knowing the actual one)?
- erasing disk, acquire a new licence file for the basic activation?
or - help me with contacting the right support personnel @ dolby?

The DP600 is discontinued and has been unsupported for quite some time. I've forwarded your request to a few people who might be able to help out with this.
