The driver tug of war between Pro Tools and the Renderer can be frustrating. Try:
Launching Pro Tools and creating a session with the Dolby Audio Bridge as a playback engine. Save it. Close it.
Launch the Renderer and set the HD Native as the output device.
Launch Pro Tools and open the previous created session.
See if that stabilizes things so that Pro Tools doesn't try to grab back the driver on every launch.
