Dolby E Pro Decoder v2.1 and AMD
Hello, we have a Dolby certified implementation of a Dolby E Decoder using the Dolby E Pro Decoder v2.1 for windows (which I can't found anymore on the resources page). We've been using this library without issues in Intel CPU's, but now we're testing it on an AMD CPU, and the function ddei_dec_processframe crashes with the following stack trace:

dded_dded_xfmd_calc
ddei_dec_processframe
It seems that the library uses an old version of IPP (Intel Integrated Performance Primitives). Our solution uses IPP functions from a newer version without issues in AMD CPUs.
So, we have the following questions:
Is there a way to fix the __intel_cpu_dispatch_fail problem?
Can the IPP version of this library be updated? Or run without IPP?
Should we use a different library to decode Dolby E? It has to be a Windows library, our software does not run on linux.
Should we apply for a new certification process if we use another library?
