Unfortunately this workflow is not possible in Logic unless you mix both songs in the same project. In other DAWs, this can be done by importing the ADM BWF master files into the same project and creating the transition, but in Logic importing an ADM creates a new project, so you would have to manually import all of the tracks and mix both in one session.
