Master Volume section Atmos Renderer
Is there a way to remotely control the master volume, dim, mute, from a midi controller or other hardware?

There is no MIDI/OSC control of the master volume section, but there are a some keyboard shortcuts that can be used for dim, mute, and attenuation. These can be found in the keyboard shortcut doc that installs with the Renderer.
For more advanced and remote controls you would need to use an external monitor controller.
