Atmos Renderer with Avid Nexis
Can I record DAMFs to an Avid Nexis NAS or are only local, attached drives qualified?
- BennettS (Dolby Labs)It is recommended that you record to local storage (though it does not have to be the boot drive). You may be able to record to a NAS with sufficient read/write speeds and proper permissions, but it will be more susceptible to errors and potential issues. I would recommend running some tests if you want to give it a try, but for guaranteed performance local storage is the best bet.Expand Post
