My Dolby Renderer License is gone!
Hello, I have been looking for a solution to this problem for a week. As a ProTools subscriber, I am a Dolby Atmos Renderer user. I bought the Atmos renderer, which I bought as a trial, as a full license. I've been using it like this for a while but one morning last week it couldn't find a license in ilok. It keeps asking and there is no license. It shows in my Avid Account. I tried all the ways, I made loads over and over, but there is no news about my license. Avid said 'the license is there' to my message, but I'm not that into it. In short, as you can see in the attachment, avid link constantly makes me repeat a dead end cycle. You don't have a license! re-install etc.... I wonder where I'm making a mistake?

    no need to buy a second license, just verify with them that the license was deposited into the correct ilok account

    Hi,

    The Dolby Atmos Renderer license is not included with Pro Tools. A trial only lasts 90 days, so your trial may have expired. Additionally, the license would not be stored in your Avid account, but independently in your iLok account. If you haven't already, ensure that you have downloaded the iLok license manager:     https://www.ilok.com/#!license-manager and verify that you have a license.

      Thank you for your interest. But can you look at the attached invoice? What did I buy?

        Hi,

        You have bought the Renderer. Have you downloaded the iLok License Manager that i linked to in the last post? The license should have been deposited into your iLok account. You will then need to activate the license to a device or iLok.

        If you are having issues with your license you will need to reach out to Avid if you purchased it through them.

        Oh thank god someone understands me. Yes, I renewed ilok many times. I have done the installations many times. I watched the videos, read the articles, thought I was stupid and got help from other masters, but my license is not visible. They point me to Dolby just like you point me to Avid. I was helpless.

        Can you please send a screenshot of your ilok license manager showing the Renderer license?
