Workflow/Best Practices for 16/44 source files
Hello hello!
Was wondering if there is a particular and suggested workflow to deal with client-supplied older stems in 16bit 44.1kHz.
Currently I am upsampling these to 24/96 in software then adding them to the Atmos mix, maybe I'll try some mastering-grade converters as well to compare, but wondering if there is a best practices for this.
Any suggestions from the Dolby team or other fellow engineers?
