    Hi,

What DAW are you trying to send audio from. If Pro Tools and you are using the default input configuration from the Renderer you can easily set up the Pro Tools I/O to match by "pulling" the input configuration from the I/O set up bus page. Select the Dolby Atmos Renderer as the default in the bottom right of that page. If you are not using Pro Tools please add some details if the problem persists.

    Hi Sona,

If you can't see signal in the Renderer input section (circles) that would be I/O routing in the I/O bus page. If the rings around the circles are not illuminated and Objects are not showing up in the cube that means either the Objects are not mapped to the Renderer in the Pro Tools I/O bus page, not set to master in the Object status control or that Pro Tools is not connected to the Renderer via Setup/Peripherals/Dolby Atmos.

In the Renderer itself you can go to Setup/Remote Clients from the menu bar to see any attached clients. You will also see which panner are active. Panners will be active when the tracks in the edit window have the bus/object toggle set to Object and the Object status is set to green.

If you can attach some screengrabs that might help shed some light on what is going on.

    Thanks,
    Adam

    Hi,

Sorry I don't see an attachment. You say Bed audio is passing through so you basic playback engine settings and Renderer input device are set properly correct?

    Hi Sona,

It appears to be getting stripped out. If you can please attached a .jpg or .png that would help. If there is more than one you will need to reply multiple times (the nature of the platform).

    Thanks,
    Adam
