I Buy Dolby Atmos Render from Avid Store, and they deposited the iLok License into a wrong iLok account. I cant activate my software. On Avid technical support page, they say to contact you. What can I do? I Attach you their support response image capture.

If you own both ilok accounts you should be able to initiate a transfer between accounts in the ilok manager. Beyond that this will require assistance from AVID despite the generic response from the AVID knowledge base.
