Dolby Atmos Renderer at AVID on sale for $99 for PROTOOLS Studio and Ultimate users has incorrect pricing at checkout
I received a notification from Avid saying that I can purchase Dolby Atmos Render as a Pro Tools studio user for a price of $99 through December 31. When you add the item to your shopping cart and check out the price becomes $299. No amount of tech-support via chats or email seems to be of any use. They do not follow up on their emails and the chat room goes round and round until you get nothing done. Can somebody provide some help? Avid has acknowledged the problem and their IT department has been working on it for the last five days with no success.
Thanks for reaching out, sorry you are having issues. This was reported by another user and we reached out to Avid about it. They have said they are working on a fix. Unfortunately since this is entirely to do with the Avid store there is not much else we can do.
